AI consulting for the business you run yourself.

I look at how your business runs and tell you, in plain terms, what AI can do for you and what it cannot. Then I train your team. If something needs building, I build it myself.

For law firms, medical and dental practices, accounting firms, and real estate offices.

Services

Three services. Consulting comes first.

Every project is quoted on its own, by what it needs. No packages and no list prices.

  1. Understand

    Consultoría AI

AI consulting. I look at how your business runs and where the time goes, then write a plan: what AI can do for you, in what order, and what is not worth it.

    • A review of your processes and the tools you already pay for
    • A written plan, in priority order
    • A clear yes or no on each AI purchase
  2. Learn

    Adiestramiento AI

AI training. Hands-on sessions for you and your team, in Spanish or English, on the tools you already use. When it ends, everyone knows what to do on Monday.

    • Sessions at your office or online
    • Exercises with your own documents and cases
    • A usage guide: what goes into an AI tool and what never does
  3. Build

    Desarrollo AI

AI development. When the plan calls for it, I build it: automation, data systems, and websites with AI built in. It comes after the consulting, not before.

    • Automation for follow-ups, documents, and intake
    • One source of truth for your reports
    • Web design and websites with AI built in

Who you are hiring

I advise on AI because I build with it every day.

Eight years of building reports and data pipelines in a regulated industry: pharmacy benefits in healthcare, where the numbers feed quarterly financial reporting and federal filings.

At my day job, three teams were reporting rebate estimates and no two reports agreed. I built the pipeline that became the one number everyone uses. The arguing about whose spreadsheet was right just stopped. That’s the job now: I do that for businesses that aren’t big enough to have a data team.

The pipeline behind that number

I make messy, always-changing information dependable enough that whole teams run on it.

  • 300+ files a month, with layouts that change
  • 2M+ rows in a single file
  • 1 GB+ in one client's quarterly file
  • Up to 2 years of history restated each month, quarter by quarter

When one source stopped sending separate billing and payment files and switched to one full statement, the pipeline absorbed the change and matched the new layout to the old one. The reports that depend on it kept working, unchanged.

Your version is smaller: spreadsheets, an inbox, two systems that never agree. It is the same job.

  1. Files arrive Every source sends a different layout, and the layouts change.
  2. Each file is checked The check catches the change before it reaches anything else.
  3. One layout Every version of a file is reshaped into the same columns.
  4. One source of truth Everything lands in one place, and that place is the answer.
  5. Teams read the same number Reports and people all read from that one place.
How I work

The AI I run myself.

I run my own practice on AI coding agents. They capture notes, plan the work, and write and review code with me, inside a system I built and documented. When I tell you what AI can do for your business, it comes from running it every day, not from a slide deck.
